If you see the message, “No response from system: please check your connectivity” after entering your credentials to access the NetScaler Configuration GUI, check port 3010 connectivity from your workstation to the NetScaler IP.

In addition to HTTP and/or HTTPS required, but port 3010 is for the java applet connection. If port 3010 is not open between your workstation and the NSIP, you will see the message above.
