You need Java to launch the NetScaler Configuration GUI

If you see the message, “No response from system: please check your connectivity” after entering your credentials to access the NetScaler Configuration GUI, check port 3010 connectivity from your workstation to the NetScaler IP.

In addition to HTTP and/or HTTPS required, but port 3010 is for the java applet connection. If port 3010 is not open between your workstation and the NSIP, you will see the message above.

    THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED ONCE THIS PORT 3010 WAS OPEND.
